Remember my laptop for sale?

It sold, with buy it now.  I, being an idiot, forgot to check the box requiring immediate payment when that happens.  That made me nervous.  I looked at the buyer, and they registered with ebay the same day they made the purchase.  More nervous.  I did some research, their “real” name was the same name used by many Nigerian scammer types.  Their ebay account name was a direct variant of common Nigerian scammers (just a number change).  Their phone number was an area code that doesn’t exist.  So, the same day they bought the item, I reported them to ebay.  Within a few hours their account was cancelled.  I relisted the item same day.

So, scammer thwarted for the time being.  This morning I got the phony paypal email along with a message telling me where to ship the laptop (in Nigeria of course, even though I said I wouldn’t ship outside the US).  I’ll post them here in case somebody who happens to read is actually dumb enough to fall for this.
