Finally assembled the last few missing pieces to the home theater puzzle the other day.
Here’s the rundown of the system as it sits:
TV: Westinghouse LVM-37W3 – 37″ LCD Monitor – 1920x1080p resolution!
Cable/DVR: Time Warner Cable Scientific Atlanta Explorer 8300HD 
DVD: Toshiba SD-6980 up-converting DVD player
Receiver: Harmon Kardon HK-3485 – Stereo receiver 120 Watts per channel
Speakers: B&W Matrix 805 – 6.5″ drivers with aluminum tweeters
Gaming: Nintento Wii – for the woman more than me, but super fun regardless
Remote: Logitech Harmony 880 – one badass remote:
Whenever the industry figures out if they are going to stick with HD-DVD or Blu-Ray, I’ll get one of those deals too. I’m sure a PS3 or XBox 360 will be added when I have more time to actually play. That’s not that important for now though.
